How SalesPro Academy Began

SalesPro Academy was founded in 2018 by a group of seasoned sales professionals who recognized a significant gap in the Cypriot business landscape: the lack of specialized, high-quality sales training tailored to the unique aspects of the local and regional markets.

Our founders had experienced firsthand the challenges of building and leading sales teams in Cyprus. They observed how many organizations were struggling with similar issues: high turnover of sales talent, inconsistent performance, and difficulties adapting traditional sales approaches to the evolving Cypriot marketplace.

What began as informal coaching sessions for a small group of sales representatives quickly evolved into a structured training program as demand grew.
